Refund Policy
EduSMS will process refunds as per the terms outlined below. However, any attempt to misuse this policy may result in legal consequences.

 

Account Closure

  1. Users may close their accounts at any time. Account closure means that access to services using the current login credentials will no longer be available.
  2. Users are solely responsible for closing their accounts.
  3. If a user closes their account after an extended period of inactivity without utilizing EduSMS services, EduSMS is not obligated to provide a refund for the unused period.
  4. EduSMS reserves the right to close a user’s account in case of a serious breach of these terms or any illegal use of the services provided.
  5. EduSMS is not liable for any damages suffered by users due to the suspension or closure of their account resulting from their own actions or violations.
  6. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

 

Guarantee and Limited Liability

  1. EduSMS is committed to maintaining the highest quality of service to ensure accessibility and continuity in line with the intended use of its services and products. However, no data transmission system can guarantee 100% security, continuity, and availability.
  2. While EduSMS endeavors to ensure compatibility of its services with third-party software, no guarantees are provided in this regard. Users are responsible for ensuring that the services they choose are suitable for their requirements.
  3. EduSMS does not endorse user-generated content and opinions expressed by users do not reflect the views of EduSMS. While EduSMS does not actively monitor user opinions, any content violating these terms will be removed upon identification.
  4. EduSMS shall not be held liable for:
    • Any content or data shared over the network using EduSMS services.
    • Any unlawful or non-compliant use of EduSMS services by users.
    • Service disruptions beyond the control of EduSMS.
    • Any losses incurred due to suspension or closure of an account caused by the user’s actions.
    • Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to a user’s account.
    • Damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use EduSMS services, including financial loss, reputational harm, or operational disruptions.
    • Consequences of any failure by users to fulfill obligations undertaken using EduSMS services.
    • Losses incurred due to third-party bot attacks or phishing attempts beyond the control of EduSMS.

 

Privacy Policy
All disputes related to these terms and conditions will first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

 

Final Provisions
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to legal resolution in accordance with the jurisdiction of the registered office of EduSMS.
Applicable laws, including the Civil Code, copyright regulations, electronic services regulations, and local government guidelines (such as those set by TRAI in India), will govern any matters not explicitly covered by these terms.

 

EduSMS reserves the right to modify these terms and policies in compliance with regulatory changes and legal requirements.
